We often feel the need to have a change
of air, to know about new things and to become
acquainted with new people. That is when a
suitcase becomes the best travel mate. This is
exactly the moment portrayed in the sculpture "Camino",
which represents a young woman who is on the point
of leaving behind what is well-known to her in order
to discover new horizons. Montserrat Ribes has carved
an adventurous, high-spirited and determined young
woman who is willing to enrich her spirit with the
novelty of what is still unknown.
